Do not panic. This is why proper preparation is important. If you have deodorant on it can react with the sunless tanner and cause the armpits to look green. Also if your skin has any sweat or residue that will turn those areas green as well when it comes in contact with the sunless tanner. This just temporary and will rinse off when you take a shower. If the self tanner was spoiled or old it would cause your entire body to turn be green as it could not pick and choose what areas to discolor, so please keep that in mind.
